Amazon Braket Community Submission Path¶
Status: public developer-preview positioning note.
QDSV Bridge includes a public OpenQASM demo tested with the Amazon Braket
LocalSimulator conversion workflow:

This document keeps the Amazon Braket positioning precise before any community submission or maintainer conversation.

Use this language when discussing the project with Amazon Braket maintainers or community repositories:
QDSV Bridge is an open-source, problem-first semantic specification layer that exports inspectable OpenQASM artifacts and reproducibility reports for quantum software workflows.
For Amazon Braket, the current public demo shows:

The goal is not to replace Amazon Braket or claim an official integration. The goal is to provide an upstream semantic-to-OpenQASM handoff that Braket users can inspect, adapt and execute through the standard Braket SDK workflow.

If opening or updating a consultative issue in an Amazon Braket community repository, use a concise note like:

We would like to ask whether a tutorial-style contribution around QDSV Bridge would fit this repository or whether it would be better positioned as a community component.
QDSV Bridge is an open-source Python SDK that starts from controlled problem-first semantic specifications and exports inspectable OpenQASM artifacts with reproducibility reports.

This is not an official Amazon Braket integration and does not manage AWS accounts, S3 task locations, billing or managed QPU execution. It is an upstream semantic-to-OpenQASM handoff that can be inspected and executed with the Amazon Braket SDK.
Would this be appropriate as an example/tutorial contribution, or would you recommend positioning it as a community component instead?
Boundaries¶
Do not describe Bridge as:
an official Amazon Braket integration;
a managed AWS hardware execution SDK;
a Braket replacement;
a billing, account, S3 or QPU management layer.
Prefer:
QDSV Bridge exports an OpenQASM artifact compatible with the tested Amazon Braket SDK and LocalSimulator conversion workflow.
Readiness Checklist¶
Before submitting or updating a community issue, verify:
the Braket notebook runs from a clean public Colab session;
the notebook installs
qdsv-bridgefrom PyPI;the demo produces Braket
measurement_counts;the generated report is fully in English;
no local Windows paths appear in README, docs, notebooks or examples;
the wording remains clear that this is not an official Amazon Braket integration.
